CANCELLATIONS

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. After 24 hours your order will have entered our fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled. To cancel within 24 hours email mitosabrain.team@gmail.com.

We stand behind Mitosa Recharge completely. But we want to be upfront about exactly how the guarantee works — because it requires genuine commitment from you.

Refund requests submitted before day 91 or after day 100 will not be accepted. This window exists to ensure every customer has genuinely completed the full programme before requesting a refund and to protect the integrity of the guarantee for everyone.

The guarantee does not apply if:

— The device has not been used for 10 minutes every single day for all 90 days — The refund request is submitted before day 91 — The refund request is submitted after day 100 — Use was interrupted, skipped or inconsistent at any point during the 90 days

We may ask you to confirm your usage history before processing any refund. This is not to create barriers — it is to ensure the guarantee is used as intended.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your Mitosa Recharge arrives damaged or defective email mitosabrain.team@gmail.com. with photos of the damage and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
